This is a Jell-o Jiggler Jelly Bean Mold.  It is in good condition but will need to be washed.  I did wash it but I have a hand injury and could not get into every hole.  It is made of red plastic.  The tag, which has been taped on, has the instructions and recipe, along with a coupon that expired in 2001.  You use 2 pkgs of 4 serving size Jell-o any flavor or mix of flavors, make in 10 minutes and 30 minutes later, you have Jello jelly beans or if you are over the legal drinking age of your state, you can have jello bean shots.  The mold will make 82 Jell-o Beans.  These could be so much fun for any party, child or adult, at Easter or just on Tuesday!  Have a mix of colors and flavors or have an orange party this week, a red party next week.....  The possibilities are endless!!!!!
