There is a small tear at the bottom of the spine that has been repaired with archival tape, and there is a light crease in the bottom front corner. Interior is clean throughout with no markings or soiling. No damage to pages other than a very light bottom corner crease through page 69, I expect caused by dropping this book at some point in time.
